Captain C.W. Glover details his vision of a new transport scheme for London.
Introductory intertitle reads: "The latest transport scheme for unwieldy London is a vast central Airport, explained by Capt. C.W. Glover its inventor -"
Captain Glover speaks about his new idea, a station for the co-ordination of all types of transport. He stands above a model of his great invention which includes four intersecting runways. Doesn't look like it would work to me!
He explains his vision. It involves aircraft going in lifts (!). The estimated cost for this project is five million pounds. This would save two million pounds from "the dole fund".
