He talks about the Second Front and calls for greater production and help for the war effort, saying the offensive that the Soviet have formed can be done by the British also. Cutaways show the audience applauding.

    Notes: It has been suggested that the cinema in this film was The Plaza Cinema in Govan, Glasgow.
