    Various tests are carried out on car seat belts (safety belts). Crash test dummies are used. Various shots of the dummies, the engineers going about their work testing seat belts, C/Us of equipment used etc. A high speed ramp is demonstrated.

    Narrator explains that 70% of all serious injury could be avoided if safety belts were used. "Maybe this test will convince a few people" he says as a dummy is propelled along a tunnel at high speed.
