Great little story about John and Jim Cramp - three year old twins who look, feel and think alike!
St. Leonards-on-Sea, Essex.
M/S of two little boys wearing matching striped T-shirts and cute baggy shorts. They each stand at a painter's easel with their backs to each other. They are both drawing with crayons. They are identical twins John and Jim Cramp and are three years old. Narrator explains that if one is smacked - the other feels the pain and claims "they not only feel alike, they think alike!"
The boys are separated by a screen and told to draw the first thing they can think of - they both draw trains. Various shots of the boys as they work on their drawings. One takes a peek at the other twin's drawing. C/U of one of the drawing, then the other. They do look very similar.
Another telepathy test. The twins sit back to back on high chairs and arrange some toys in the same formation on the trays of their high chairs. They end up in the same order. The twins are as alike as peas in a pod - except that John is left handed.
Note: watch out Uri Geller! One of the twins recently got in touch with Pathe and we sent him a copy of the film - JH 2000. For search purposes - alternative spelling - St Leonards on Sea.
