CU hands of clock reaching 12 o'clock - midday. Various shots of people raising swastika flags. A factory hooter sounds. Flypast of planes. More shots of flags. People stop working. - Spacing - More shots of planes overhead. Traffic stops. People stand in the streets giving Nazi salute. Shots of Churches around Germany and Austria as their bells ring out to signal the end of the two minute stand still. Traffic starts to move. A boat travels down a river. Nazi supporters march in streets. Torch light events. Parade and gatherings. Illuminated sign - "Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Fuhrer."
German title reads: "99 Prozent Oesterreicher un Deutsche fur Anschluss. Das Ergebnis der Abstimmung war ein uberwaltigender Sieg Adolf Hitlers."

N.B. On April 10th 1938 99 percent of voters in Germany and Austria voted for the Anschluss and powers for Hitler.
