    Full title reads: "Stratford-on-Avon. 'Sweetest Shakespeare Fancys Child'. The Prince of Wales on St. George's Day opens new Shakespeare Memorial Theatre on the banks of the Avon where our greatest Poet lived & died - is buried."

    Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.

    Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor) steps out of car and is greeted by civic dignitaries. A fanfare is being played in the background.

    The Prince walks with dignitaries past lines of waving girls. There are large cheers.

    M/S The Prince stands at a podium and makes a speech. There are several microphones to pick up his words. He speaks about the theatre being a fitting memorial for William Shakespeare.
