CU Animation of rocket in flight showing the protective panels and nose coating dropping away, then four minutes after launch, the Atlas booster separates. Twelve minutes after launch, the Centaur separates leaving the Surveyor to continue alone. The animation continues showing the Surveyor's approach to the Moon's surface and its final descent. Lastly it is shown beaming pictures back to Earth. CU Images, first of the Surveyor itself then, of the Moon, sent back by Surveyor.
