    Hotel workers strike, location of events unknown, somewhere in UK - possibly London.

    Group of men gathered outside building as one puts up sign on building. CU signs: "No Profiteering in Liberty Cafe" and price list with a few different menu items & prices. Young woman pounding nails on sign and giggling. Strikers with picket signs march down pavement and gather in front of camera holding up signs. The strikers are complaining about low wages and excessive working hours, they also state they will refuse to work with scabs etc. Group of several women with suitcases pass the demonstrators - perhaps to enter hotel or railway station. CU 4 giggly young women holding sign - "You Pay High Prices, We're Paid Low Wages". Pan to man holding sign - "If We are Soup Servers We are Not Dished Yet". The strikers are outside trade union headquarters, sign above door reads: "Hotel and Restaurant Workers Branch I.T. & G. W. U."

    This is a duplicate of clip 1914.15, which incidentally dates the clip as being from 1913.
