    MS & CU as would be steeple-jacks are shown how to tie a ladder to stack by instructor Bob Fenn. MS Two pupils up stack. Establishing shot of pupils round stack. Two men are detailed to fix extra ladders on the stack. Zoom as pupils climb stack and work on top of stack. MS as pupils climb down. Various CUs at top of stack as senior pupil Reg Fenn ties ladder and pupil of two days Frank Mee, ex paratrooper watches. MS as chief instructor J Riley goes into office with sign on door.     School started in 1963. Mostly for servicemen on resettlement course. 1 month training then onto site under supervision. For 9 months, when fully qualified pay is £35-£40 per week.
