Queen Elizabeth II sits on her throne and makes a speech, Prince Philip sits to her left for the state opening of Parliament. A procession leaves to her left carrying the mace. Back view as the peers in their robes stand. MPs stand. Procession of men in military uniform. Queen in coach travelling along road. Royal attendant brings the Queen's crown in on a cushion. Duchess of Kent and Princess Anne arrive and are seated.
