L/S's of hundred of women of a cycling clubs sitting on their bicycles. Various shots of the women cycling through the picturesque countryside. Eade remarks that "these club runs are too exhausting for any but the fittest riders."

    M/S's of women racing cyclist training for a race. Very good M/S of a women smiling as she uses an electric machine. M/S of the one of Britain's top female cyclist - Gladys Hamilton skipping and practising on rollers. L/S's of the women doing several laps of a racing circuit. Various more shots of the club cyclists.
