Various shots of spectators arriving at a country field for a small greyhound race. They buy their tickets and put money on their chosen dogs; commentator Charles Eade jokingly describes it all as if we are at a big dog track. The dogs are led past on parade; the hare is hooked up to a motor wheel and the race starts. It seems to be going well, but ends in chaos when some of the dogs start to fight; several people try to break it up.
