MS a stream of cyclists pass by on their way to work in the factories. CU the glass. MS The glass has damaged Bills bicycle tyre. CU the torn rubber MS Bill has to push his bike. GV Factory scenes. MS Bills place is empty. CU. Hands putting milk bottles outside the front door. CU a man in the road kick some brokn glass out of the way. WS Traffic shots and the tyres. MS Poster on a tree 'Rubber is scarce take care of tyres'.
