POUM - stands for Partido Obrero de Unificacion Marxista. The party members were known as Anti-Stalinist Marxist - some of their troops were International Brigades.

There is no mention of this item in the paperwork. It probably belongs to another issue. There is another mute copy of this film found in the Pathe Gazettes issue 37/73 on Pathe Master tape *PM0933* as an extra story - it does not belong to that issue either. This copy is lavender print and the other is negative.
