The crowd are seen on the promenade, with the sea in the background. Shots of Mayor and officials. A mock wedding takes place, with a 'King and Queen' in medieval costume. Two children in medieval costume present bouquets to the lady. She gives the child a kiss. The Mayor, in official robes, presents a huge key to the 'King' and cuts a tape to opens the gala. A procession of guests and the wedding couple, walk along promenade watched by the crowd. Page boys carry the 'Queen's' train.

    Note: nice little kiss for the child.
