    "C/U of a man in a trilby" - that's Justice Richard Feetham.

"C/U of an older man in a trilby." - that's Joseph R Fisher.

"a newspaper article from the twenties names Professor John McNeill as a member of the commission - it is possible he is amongst those being filmed" - the man seen at 00:15 wearing glasses is Dr. Eoin MacNeill. (John McNeill also needs changing to Eoin MacNeill in tags).

The alternative spelling of "Boundry" in the clip's title seems unnecessary.
