M/S of a man in one of the army jackets, one of the men - a tailor - makes final adjustments to it. M/S of another tailor fitting an army overcoat to a man. More people work in background; girls at machines, men pressing uniforms with irons. Extreme C/U of brass button with Irish harp engraved on it.
