    Protest march by "Soldiers of Leopold", Belgium (Brussels).

    People walking down street carrying banners. Automobiles & horse drawn vehicles drive in procession. Demonstrators come marching through Grand Place. Girls dressed in white carry large flags with various designs. Many men in civilian dress follow. Procession continues. Some banners have pictures of German soldiers being kicked (including one with moving parts), one sign in French says - "We are resolved to act if the government doesn't". Closer shot of men posing underneath the sign.

    Appears to be post World War One anti-German demonstration.
