    Various shots of the ceremony in White House where American President Lyndon Johnson presents the Medal of Honour to Lieutenant Charles Williams who was wounded in action in Vietnam. He was able to rally a small band of American and South Vietnam soldiers and hold off the enemy for 14 hours.
