C/U of policeman in wet weather gear - sou'wester and helmet - directs traffic in a snowy square. Trolley bus and van drive past. "And beyond the realm of art, is the sporty side of the Snow King..." Children sledge down a snowy hillside. Various shots of the children and adults sledging. By means of a camera trick (film reversal) the sledgers appear to travel uphill.
