British statesman Sir Eric Geddes; who had during the war served as first lord of the admiralty; then as a member of the Imperial War Cabinet; meets with US Secretary of the Navy Josephus Daniels. Opens with title frame -- the two leaders visit the US Naval Academy in Annapolis; Maryland. Shot Geddes being intorduced to Academy staff; by ivy covered wall; building in BG. CU pan along row of 6 men; in front of a building with a round pillared porch. From left to right the officers are: American Admiral William Sims; who won the Pulitzer Prize for history in 1920 with his book The Victory at Sea.Then an unknown British vice admiral (probably the UK Naval
    Attache); next to him is Geddes, then Daniels. To Daniels' left is US
    Admiral W. S. Benson and British Admiral Alexander Duff.
