    Singapore Governor, in white uniform with plumed helmet, presents medals to soldiers, pinning them on each man's tunic while a photographer takes pictures. Several other officials in white uniforms chat. Spectators seen in background, sitting or standing in two-storey open-fronted wooden building.

    Governor takes salute during march past. Officials and their wives walk across the parade ground. Good for showing colonial fashions of the day. Several officers walk across field.

    Group of intertitles (in negative?) run together: 'The Presentation of War Honours By His Excellency the Governor. Departure of HE The Governor from Government House.
