They are rolling barrels flattening the land, removing the stones etc. Various shots of the people swimming, sunbathing and having fun at a long sand beach. Most of the people are white. Various shots of the native women singing and clapping their hands. All they have on are long sarong style skirts and matching head scarves around their heads. More shots of the people doing native dances in various traditional costumes. Several shots of boat race - teams racing in long thin wooden canoe style boats. Sierra Leone Guard of Honour in colourful red uniforms being inspected by Prince Edward the Duke of Kent in white uniform. Various shots of the European style garden party with guests in traditional and European dress around. Duke of Kent is present at the party. Various shots of Duke of Kent driving in a car along crowded road in the countryside. Troops, sportsmen, black and white dignitaries seen.
