Jorden, High Commissioner for New Zealand. Various shots Prime Minister Clement Attlee, Mrs Attlee, Herbert Morrison and Mrs Morrison arriving. C/U Mr. and Mrs. Attlee seated at table looking at menu. C/U Morrison. Various C/Us other guests. C/U informal shots of Attlee smoking a pipe. C/U Morrison pouring water and eating crumbs from table. L/S speeches being given from banquet table, we see Morrison speaking. M/S of Girling being presented with cheque, Councillor Fenton shakes hands with Girling.
