Opens with raised angle shot of soldiers formed up in front of cathedral, with a band in the centre. Line of soldiers entering Cathedral. Civic and military dignitaries preceed armed naval platoon escorting flags. Military guard presents arms. Naval escort stops outside Cathedral door and
    flag bearers carry flags inside. Cut to pltoon of naval ratings from HMS Pembroke and more soldiers (Royal Marines?) entering Cathedral. Line of more people entering – civic dignitaries and
    military officers, followed by members of the Judiciary?
