  • Description

    c 1922

Film demonstrating two "trick" camera effects.

L/S of a cliff crumbling and falling down - presumably after a dynamite explosion. Intertitle reads: "When our Cameraman found he's had the wrong cliff blown away he was annoyed. So he put it back again - " Film is reversed to show the cliff reforming - "He's a marvel, that Cameraman." M/S of an Alsatian dog jumping over a fence. We see this again in slow motion. Captain Cameron Hurtzig is the owner of the dog. L/S of the dog running across marshy ground at great speed. We then see the dog jumping across a river in slow motion.

    Was a Pathe Pictorial item.
