Sitting on her right is the Lord Mayor Sir Cuthbert Ackroyd and Conservative Prime Minister Sir Anthony Eden and on her left is Lord Mackintosh of Halifax, President of the National Savings Movement. The Queen addressing the audience. (Nat. Sound) starts: "My husband and I, our children and my sister ............ we are all members of the Savings Group in the Royal household." Continue C.U. of Queen and applause is going on. SV. Four Chefs bring the cake, a replica of the Guildhall facade, down the central aisle. LV. The Queen and Lord Mackintosh, start to come down steps towards the cake. They reach it, the Queen picks up knife and goes to cut cake. SV. The Queen starts to cut cake. She stands back away from cake. Lord Mackintosh is with her. GV. The procession of 40 Candle Swords makes it's way towards dais, the one at the front has "England" on it, in between the standards the men follow with electric candles. Standards marked Region One and Region Two follow the one marked England. SCU. Two Standards just passing royal platform. First one marked Wales, second one marked South Wales and the candles are being set in line in front of the Queen. Following the South Wales standard comes North Wales. CU. The Queen looking on. SCU.
