    Various shots of Prince Charles (Prince of Wales) fulfilling his duty as Colonel-in-Chief by presenting new colours to Royal Regiment of Wales. The new colours are consecrated by the Chaplain General, the Venerable Archdeacon J.R. Youens. Various shots the regiment parading in front of Cardiff Castle with their goat mascots. Charles inspects the troops and takes salute at march past. Large crowd watches, including war veterans Bill Fuller and Stokey Lewis. Mostly same or similar shots to those in newsreel story, except for shots of Lord Mayor presenting scroll to Prince, plus some shots of women singing in a choir.
