    Brief shots of crowds queuing to get into Lords Cricket Ground for the Second Test Match between England and Australia. Walter Hammond, England captain, tosses a coin in the air. Several shots of the first half of the match. After the luncheon interval the teams are presented to King George VI, who is seen shaking hands with Australian captain Don Bradman. More shots of the match. Hammond reaches his half century.

    On the second day we see more brief shots of the crowds; policeman stands among the crowds; some people peer through holes in the fences. Various shots of the match in progress. Nice shots of the teams coming back onto the pitch after an interval. Brief shot of spectators running onto the pitch at the end of the match.
