    Various shots show the Prince of Wales (Duke of Windsor, King Edward VIII) on his horse, 'Lady Doone' riding towards the starting point of the race while a crowd of people look on. L/S of the horses starting off, racing across fields and over jumps; one horse falls at a jump.

    L/S of three horsemen with moustaches riding along after the race; the one at the front is presumably the winner.
