    Representative of the Constable of the Tower, wearing feather hat, reads the message from the King George V (natural sound). King congratulates to all concerned in this project... Lord Wakefield talks (natural sound) - he opens the beach for children's enjoyment.

    Lord Wakefield cuts the ribbon - children and others cheer. Several shots of the children at the newly opened beach - there is a Punch & Judy show in the background.
