    Sea cadets.

    Location of events unknown.

    Various shots as boys from the Sea Cadet Corps Colour Guard march along for the hoisting ceremony which takes place each morning. They present arms as the ensign is run up the pole. M/S as the boys run out of 'Nelson house' and stand to attention. M/S as the Commanding Officer inspects them. Most of the boys are from Burstow (?) and Horley (?) town. Various shots as they practise rope climbing and tying knots. M/S's of a navigation class inside, and a boy learning how to steer the wheel. M/S of the cadets having a rowing race on the river whilst others cheer them on. M/S as they are inspected by Admiral Vivian (?) Commanding Reserves. One boy rings the bell.
