    The narrator says Germany has denounced the Versailles and Locarno Treaties by entering Rhineland and has built up superior machines and equipment, their air force is better than Britain's. L/S of rows and rows of formidable troops, the camera pans across and they wave the swastika flag. C/U profile of Hitler saluting.
