    Youth organisations. Part of Boy Scout parade; on a rainy day (circa 1918?); with marching Boy Scouts - children in city streets. Many floats; the first of which self-righteously proclaims 'Never Put Off Until Tomorrow That Which Should be Done Today'. Military band march by. Another float with people holding out money collectors for 'Khaki Clothing'. Next float labelled 'Millennium Flour'. Another has a sign reading 'No More German Toys'. Officers and spectators standing on steps, watching the parade. A woman has a tray hanging round her neck, selling badges or pins for funds?
