    Street scenes in Hanoi. Lots of people on bicycles and rickshaws. People wearing traditional straw hats. A young woman combs her wet hair in the street. A man buys noodles and eats them . CU a small child smiling.

    Superfluous intertitle-
    Intertitle reads: "Le Voyage De. M. Reynaud - Indo-Chine. Voici quelues aspects de la ville de Pnom-Penh, capitale du Cambodge, que notre Ministre des Colonies a recemment visitee."

    N.B. Presumably these views were filmed to mark the visit to French Indochina by French Colonial Minister Paul Reynaud.
