    GV. Officers at the Royal Engineers Exhibition. SCU. General Erskine looking at exhibits. SCU. Exhibit, Japanese beach mine, single horn. CU. General Erskine. SV. Various exhibits with table marked incendiary bombs. LV. Rows of army people watching demonstrations. LV. Flail tank at work in minefield. GV. Rocket called the Giant Viper is sent into the sky. This is explosive filled hose and it sails across a mine field - the idea is to clear a path. LV. Atom type explosion in field pan up to mushroom shape. GV. Rows of mines exploding. LV. Soldiers bridging heavy girder bridge. LV. Soldiers running from lorry on to bridge and they fix up explosives on it (but all we see is them running onto the bridge). SCU. Officers looking through binoculars. LV. The last soldier running from lorry onto bridge after explosive has been fixed. AS. Soldiers running into crater for protection. LV. Bridge explodes, cracks in the middle and sinks into a crater and the soldiers come out from the cover. LV. "The Linked Arc" going into a crater to form a bridge - this consists of two Churchill tanks which carry tracks on top in place of turrets. SV. Officers watching. LV. The tracks begin to open like spider's legs. LV. Tank standing by, waiting. LV. The tracks are now fully opening and start to fall down to each side of the crater to form a bridge. SV. Officers watching. LV. Tank with a big bundle on it going across the bridge made by the previous tanks.
