In Kensington Gardens, police stage 'safety last' exercise - how it should not be done!

Strange police exercise demonstrates how not to behave in traffic. GV. Sapphire driving trials in progress. SCU. The Mayor of Westminster watching. SV. People applauding. GV. Towards, line of policemen. One man puts his foot out and police car as it passes him slams on its brakes and comes to a halt. GV. Crowd watching. SCU. Policemen are playing hand ball, one throws the ball across the road where another policeman chases it and crashes into oncoming car. SC. Group of children watching. SV. Towards stationary car, driver's door is open and cyclist crashes into it. He then rolls over onto the road in front of oncoming motorcyclist, which squeals up to stop. CU. Children watching. SC. Towards, stationary van man walks from behind it as oncoming car passes van and nearly hits him. CU. Children watching. GV. Over zebra crossing, a man rushes onto it as a car is too near to pull up with any safety. Car stops with a jerk a man then proceeds to cross the crossing and a motorcyclist nearly runs him down. He then argues with motorcyclist insisting on his rights and continues to cross the road.
