    Various M/Ss of air men loading large parachute bundles to the bottom of an aeroplane. L/S of aeroplane flying over head. The six or so parachutes are released from aeroplane. We see them open and float towards the ground.

    Intertitle reads: "Our cameraman secures unique pictures of a 'live drop'."

    M/S of R.A.F. men and cameraman climbing into aeroplane cockpit. L/S of plane taking off. Various aerial shots of other aeroplane in flight, unmanned parachutes being released etc. - good view of ground, although camera wobbles a lot. Great slow motion shot of parachutist descending - relatively clear and steady. L/S, taken from ground, of parachutist landing.

    Intertitle reads: "The 'pull off' method of jumping".

    Cuts / out takes start at 01:04:58. Some shots have been transferred upside down (which is why at times the parachute appears to be going upwards). C/U of parachutist wearing parachute pack, he turns to show it to camera. M/S of mechanic cranking handle on side of grounded plane. M/S of mechanic pushing down on one end of seesaw, other end has large black ball attached - looks like signalling device. Otherwise shots are same or similar to those in cut part of item.
