Although he paperwork states that this is a footage of the Russo / Finish war, the Russian title states that this is Bryansky Front - front around town of Bryansky quite close to Moscow. When Russian gave up their hold of the town in the autumn of 1941 they started evacuation of Moscow. This footage is probably taken prior to this, in winter 1941.

They arrive at a train station where the troops get on the armoured train painted in white - camouflage. Train leaves the station and moves through snowbound countryside. Train stops and opens fire at enemy. A man inside the train gives an order. Troops wearing white camouflage clothes leave the train and start advancing through he country. Several shots of the troops on skis advancing through countryside. Several shots of the Soviet troops firing at enemy. Train travelling through the countryside. After successfully completed mission, the troops are going back to base - claims voiceover.
