Cuts from newsreel 47/94 - Royal Wedding - leaving for honeymoon.

    London.

Shots of the landau taking Princess Elizabeth (Queen Elizabeth II) and Prince Philip (Duke of Edinburgh) to Waterloo Station as crowds watch - natural sound of the crowds cheering. M/S of Big Ben showing time of just after ten past four.

C/U of confetti being showered onto the bride and groom by wedding guests as they leave in landau. M/S of Queen Elizabeth, King George VI, bridesmaids and others gathered in Palace yard to see them off.

L/S of the open landau driving along. Good shot of the landau passing camera and Elizabeth and Philip waving. The coach comes over Westminster Bridge - looks very cold and frosty.

At Waterloo station we see the royal Pullman train pulling out of the station and Elizabeth and Philip are just glimpsed inside, waving to people on the platform.
