    Bagpipers play on the platform as the Royal Scot steam locomotive pulls up with it's bell ringing.

    An unidentified man reads a statement from the King expressing his admiration for the tour that the Royal Scot has made of Canada and the USA. Various shots of members of the train's crew - all wearing their LMS (London Midland Scottish railways) uniforms.

    Sir Walter Runciman, President of the Board of Trade, makes a short statement.
