    Sound starts at 01:46:12. Various shots crowds assembled in basin of empty reservoir, we hear cheering and sound of National Anthem being played, pan to dais. Various L/Ss of King George VI giving inauguration speech from dais (natural sound), Queen Elizabeth (Queen Mother) sits behind him. L/S of water bubbling into reservoir from pump in centre, we hear sounds of people chatting, commenting on the reservoir - sounds like King and Queen (microphone must have been left on!)
