    Royal car comes to a halt. Queen Mary and King George V are helped from the car by footmen. They shake hands with an official before getting into horse drawn carriage, they are accompanied by Prince Edward (Prince of Wales) and Prince Albert (Duke of York). MS carriage and escort of horse riders moving down drive.

    Intertitle: "THE ARRIVAL. A picturesque cavalcade in an equally picturesque setting".

    Royal carriages drive past grandstands and into Royal enclosure. CU Royal Standard. LS Royal family on terrace. Panning LS of grandstands.

    Intertitle: "The Royal Hunt Cup".

    Various shots of horse race in progress. Racehorse "Crossbow" wins the race.

    Intertitle: "RESULT. 1. Cross-Bow [sic]. 2. Embargo. 3. Inca".
