Comedian Ronald Frankau as a toff, singing and talking about his new car.
Full titles read: "And now Pathetone introduces another well-known Radio Star - Ronald Frankau - At the Piano Conrad Leonard."
In the Pathe Studio we see Ronald Frankau in character as a toff. He is in top hat and tails, holding an incredibly long cigarette holder, wearing a monocle and singing in a plummy voice about a little car he has bought. The song is called 'In A Little Garage'; Conrad Leonard accompanies him on the piano.
Ronald then goes into a bit of patter about his car, talking of how he bought it because his roller-skates had worn out, his bicycle bell had broken, he lives two miles from the golf club and is very keen on bridge! After fumbling with his cigarette holder he asks Conrad to take it. More patter about taking driving lessons, changing gear and how "there are all sorts of things on the damn board - dash board I mean!" And how he can do running repairs - he runs to a garage and gets someone to repair it.
After a quick reprise of the chorus, Ronald walks off.
