The event took place on 25 February 1967.

"The two Captains of the new submarine, Commander Kenneth Howard Mills, on the left" - the other is Commander Heath.

The small boy held aloft by a Naval officer is me aged 4. My Dad (holding me aloft) was a Chief Engine Room Artificer. Now in his 80s, it was he, having discovered the wonders of the internet who discovered this clip.
