Government heads on Mausoleum including Joseph Stalin, Marshal Semen Budenny, Malenkov, Molotov and several other dignitaries. Troops lined up. Intertitle in Russian announces Stalin's speech. Good shots of Stalin at microphone speaking in Russian (natural sound), very long sequence of him speaking and people listening. He talks about German occupation and the evil of German system, glorifies Red Army and partisans along with their successes and demands more collective effort in fight for victory. Soldiers listening to Stalin's speech. Ends with the men chanting and bands playing International amazing noise. Red Square and parade.
