    The first man mentioned is Second Lieutenant William Allison White. The second man mentioned is Jack White.

    These two Victoria Crosses were achieved in 1917 and late 1918 respectively. As both men are featured n the same piece, the film can only have originated in 1918, possibly early 1919. This might help you narrow down the piece's current date range.
