    Wing Commander Gomm, described in the text, is Wing Commander Cosme Gomm. He was sadly killed later in the same tear that this footage was filmed, on 15th August 1943.

    The man to whom Gomm speaks at 4:16, introduced as Keith, is Keith Thiele. He survived the war, surviving until early 2016.
