    Harbour full of small boats, a galleon "Constitution", a British Battleship and in the distance the Royal Yacht.

    Black kids singing and clapping. Interviews with spectators. Re-enactment groups in different uniforms and carrying flags march past the Queen and the Duke as they sit on a podium. A Scottish Pipe Band marches past.
