A large cross is carried by black boys who lead the procession. MS. & CU. Queen Mother walking down the aisle and taking her seat in congregation. Various shots in the crypt with Reverend John Nicholls, Director of St. Giles Care Centre with some of his patients, they are having tea and biscuits. He has helped and advised many cases of emotional maladjustment. The Queen Mother enters the crypt and chats to patients. Various shots of the Queen Mother walking through crowds toward the new St. Giles Care Centre to open it. Shots inside the modern centre with altar and ornate interiors.
